Homegrown Hops

This hour long class will feature a selection of 4  local beers from NYC, giving the best there is to offer in IPAs.  While IPAs may have had their start across the ocean,  regaining popularity on the West Coast, there is no doubt some of the best Hop centric styles are being brewed right in our backyard.  While there is no lack of IPAs in the Northeast, this class brings the radius down even further,  exploring  beers exclusive to NYC.  Will there be hazy beers? Of course. You bet. Will there be something weird, that you probably haven’t yet tried? Absolutely.

This class will showcase 4 unique beers, with limited availability, ideally suited for summer sipping.  Featured local breweries will include KCBC, Other Half, Torch & Crown, Alewife, Grimm and more.
